You know how people say that, they like people who are themselves? Well, I question the integrity of that... Because, what if I was being 'myself' and nobody liked me because they think of 'myself' as dumb and or annoying? Does it, trace back to peoples basic nature to judge people? And if so, wouldn't we all be hypocrites to say that we like ( Read more... )

i no how you feel. I think it is better be yourelf (but it is in some people's nature to change their personalities) But there is nothing wrong with acting different if it makes you happy (eg making friends)just try not to over do it (coz it can be quite depressing sometimes not to show the real you)

I kinda think that as long as you be yourself then you'll find people who like you and even if you don't you'll be happier knowing that you're not trying to be something you're not. If that makes any sense :)

Hmmm...well I think that that saying means that people will like you for who you are if they are actually real friends. Everyone likes different things in different people. Your true friends will like you for who you are
