In 1776, Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence. In it appeared this language:
"Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,"

I would change "create vast wealth" to "transfer vast wealth", but otherwise I'm pretty much in agreement.
