I know that many people, myself included would like to see some form of net neutrality put in place. However, I am not a fan of the idea of moving it under title II. Here's why

I despair of progress on any social or economic issue that can't be expressed fully in a soundbite ever being made under our current system of government. This one definitely qualifies.
