Depending on the year, it can be next to impossible to get into Walsh unless you are a senior or a junior with a really good number. However, triples in O'Hare are also limited. You would be better off choosing one roomate and going for a double.
Last year it was nearly impossible for juniors to get into Walsh unless they had an amazing number (above 100) or at least two people had senior standing. This year looks like it'll be about the same. I've lived in O'Hare for two years now and really like it, having your own bathroom is great and it's really quiet if you want to study.
I was about to suggest the same thing -- try to go for Finlay. I lived in an OHare triple my junior year and I lived in a Walsh quad my senior year. The triples in OHare very small, unless you happen to get one that is for handicapped people. I never lived in Finlay, but I had friends that lived in Finlay triples and they're nice. There's a loft for one person, the other two live in the downstairs part. The only reason some may say OHare is better is because OHare is newer.
