Yes it does. As I understand it you can use it if you've paid a fee for use of the lab each semester. I'm not sure if they let people who haven't taken photo I use it. That said, lots of people just go ahead and use it without paying.

Wait -- to clarify, they (meaning the two photo professors, Joe and Stephen) don't mind who uses it as long as whoever is using it doesn't make the place a living hell to work in for students. Yes, it has happened. No, I am not saying that you will act this way.

I would also ask permission first. It gets pretty crowded.
