Getting out of a course...?

Hey guys--
I'm just wondering who has experience with withdrawing from a course.
I know that I have to make an appointment with my dean--but is it a pain in the ass? do i have to have a good excuse??

do it sooner than later because you don't want a WF on your record. I'm not sure what the last date is before you can get out of a course. the deans are really good about helping so i wouldn't be worried
