Hiya. I'm a commuter student at LC and I've never been in the dorms, but I'd like to start using the gym (I've heard it's kinda crappy, but I don't mind). Is it free to use? Also, are there locker rooms near it with showers? Sorry if these seem stupid, but the school I transferred from charged per semester and had no locker rooms. Thanks in advance

I used to go to the gym when I was free or after classes when I commuted. It was free then, with a small fee if you wanted a locker I think (I never got one and just hoped that my stuff would stay where i put it...but i do that lol). That was four years ago so check if its still free, but I would be surprised if it wasn't. Its not the most high tech gym but it definitely served me well my four years at LC as a commuter and a resident.

Yes, it's still free. The lockers are $25 for the school year, I think. And there are a couple showers.
