How old are people once they realize that age is taking effect? Sep 13 was my B-day and I turned 23 years old. It feels different then the other years. Growing up what ages were significant to you? The first one to me was turning 10 years old in 1992. Things I remember from that year were Bill Clinton being elected president,Hurricane Andrew
