The trouble with crossovers...

is that they have to make sense. Some plot lines that I've come up with in my head for a Veronica Mars/The OC crossover, while amusing to me, just don't make a lot of sense. Of course, there is the obvious Ryan/Weevil connection ( Read more... )

I totally want to write a VM/OC crossover. I can think of tons of connections, but no actual plot, so that's an issue.

I'm very much having the same problem.

I know I still have your drabble to do and I will get to it.

Oh that drabble! I'd almost feel sorry for you, except I know that you will managed to make it rock impossibly hard.

Right. Eh. After I get rid of this headache...

I was watching season 2 Roswell the other day and Jason Dohring was totally in an episode. I was all: "Logan!" Yeah, I'm immature like that.

Wheee! This comes with so many possibilities... Duncan/Summer, Summer/Veronica *whoa*, Wallace/Seth... Oh! Seth/Lilly or Ryan/Logan/Lilly, or...

You see how these people are just impossibly all in love with each other. It's so confusing. ::sighs dramatically and flops down in chair:: I give up.

But Summer/Veronica would be very hot. I should write that.

I know! There could be a lot of different pairings, but I can't seem to figure out any actual plot. :(

"Do you have a cigarette?" Ryan asked suddenly, and he knew it was disjointed, could tell by the way she straightened her head and looked him up and down briskly, like a suspect. He hadn't had a cigarette since he came back to the Cohens from Chino, but all of the sudden, he was sure that if he didn't have one soon, his skin would crawl away from his body, leaving him behind on the sidewalk, naked and exposed ( ... )

Sneaking in from friendsfriends to tell you this story must be finished. Yis. As soon as humanly possible.

And It's totally a draw. Maybe. I don't know.

How long, if he befriended her, how long, if he remembered her name, would it be before he destroyed her too?

Oh, that hurt. :( It just hit me in the gut. Poor Ryan.

"I know. I could tell from the slack-jawed gaze. Tell you what -- let's make it interesting. You tell me why you're here, really, why your -- whatever -- made you promise to come. If it's a better story than mine, we'll ditch the Sober Sallys and head for the closest 7-11. But I gotta warn you, I'm gonna win."

I wouldn't be too sure, Veronica. Loved this.

God, that was good! It did, in now way, shape or form suck! It rocked! It was just what I needed and the fact that you wrote it just 'cause I asked, makes me so very happy. Cheered me right up. Gah.

You have the characters down. I'd hate to ruin it. So, carry on! :)
