Learning without Translation

I'm looking for any information or resources (books, software, websites, articles, etc.) anyone has concerning learning the following languages without translation:

French
Spanish
Arabic
Mandarin Chinese
Russian
German

Rosetta Stone is an obvious example. Thanks.

I don't have any examples of software aside from Rosetta Stone, I'm afraid. But I am fluent in German so I just wanted to jump in here and say that if you ever want/need help or someone to practice with, you're welcome to send me a message. :)
