You call your teacher -さん? Not -先生?

(名字)先生、

アンナです。今日の授業ですが、急に来れなくて申し訳ございませんです。十二時半に学長が出席する学生会に行く事になって、一員としても出席する事になりますので、申し訳ないんです。

ちなみに、来週の火曜日ですが、午後1時に大学のクリスマスイベントが行われています。学生がいたり、お菓子もあったりする事ですので、よろしければ、どうぞご参加お願いいたします。

アンナ

Thanks a lot! That was really quick :) just one thing - could you please write all the kanjis in hiragana? I'm a loser at kanji =/ I hope it won't be a bother for you.

And about the suffix, we usually avoid using her name at all (that's why I put -san). Thanks for pointing this out!
