Despite all that is happening. I've been achieving many goals lately. Finally tackling all those boxes of old papers. Doing in-depth cleaning of the apartment. The recent unpleasantness with my medication has slowed me down. But I've not stopped. Feeling great mentally. :)

A while back, I was standing in a local convenience store. There were two teenagers standing in line behind me. One pointed to the 4 buckle over-boots on my feet. I wear those boots when snow or slush is deep. The teen said to his friend, "We used to call those moron boots". They left the store right after I did. Have you ever had a chain of misfortune? I have just had one. Managed to first gash, then abrade, then repeatedly whack one of my great toes. No infection, but it is bruised all to heck.

I pretty much doubled my payable hours at the office over the last 6 weeks. It's been nice to pay down all those outstanding bills. I am hoping the trend continues for 2011.

Perhaps not all that wondrous. But suddenly I've been making money. I have five new clients over the last week. And it has been interesting work as well. Only drawback is that I bank by mail. No actual money until next week.
