[ You wouldn't expect England, setting up for Bastille Day celebrations. That's because he's doing it all in secret and France isn't supposed to know that he's doing anything, of course. EVERYONE IN THE HQ HAS INVITATIONS TO ATTEND, AND BRING A PRESENT FOR FRANCE... but no one will know who sent it on pain of death.
And France will find, when he opens the door from his room, this set on a chair in front of the door complete with a card, the contents of which happen to be this face drawn in it: （゛・ヘ・″） and an invitation to come to the garden at the written time. Of course England's not going to say it's from him. If anyone comes out to the garden, though, they'll notice this sight: ]
[ Before them, and strangely enough, those little coloured lights seem to be moving around the cake. Do you dare approach?
England, on the other hand is going to be hiding behind a tree in a blue hooded cape, ready to scare the shit out of France when the time is right. He didn't do all this just to be nice, after all. (: ]
I'm going to make this the birthday he won't ever forget. Because it might just end up being his last, heh heh heh!
