I know you are probably aware ( i used to hate it when people would tell me what things were not vegan) but the Jelly Beans are probably not vegan as well if they have sugar in them. Sugar is not vegan unless it is listed as 'pure cane sugar' or 'unrefined sugar'. White sugar is made through animal bone charcoal filtering.

haha yeah, i don't mind this as much as when my cousin gary torments me and my boyfriend about stuff. like he seriously is the world's best vegan...EVER. he emails/calls every company under the sun, and so many times i'll be eating something forever and he'll be like "yeah i emailed soandso. the monoglycerides aren't vegan in that bread that you love and eat everyday and thought was the only vegan bread around here." it's awful.

but i did know about the sugar. back when i was really strict, i avoided it in all products, but right now, i'm taking baby steps to get back. i think it'll be easier when i actually move to pittsburgh and have more resources. but greensburg has very little to offer outside of nature's way, which has weird stupid hours.

thanks though! i appreciate the head's up!
