1.My base was a bit blurry so I sharpened it tp 50.
2.Go to Color Balance and put in the settings:
shadows:0,0,14
midtones:0,-30,0
highlights:-100,18,0
3.Go to hue/saturation.Put the settings:
Master saturation:27
Red saturation:56
4.Duplicate the layer and desaturate it.Erase the desaturated layer so that only the balloons are left.
Duplicate this layer and deactivate the duplicate for a while.(click the eye button)
5.Go to Colorize.Settings:
Hue:220
Saturation:100
Lightness:47
6.Duplicate this layer and set the new layer to overlay.Set the master saturation to 100.
7.Now take the remaining desaturated layer and take it to the top.Erase the darker balloons so that you can see the blue underneath.Like so.
8.Then go to colorize and put settings.
Hue:220
Saturation:100
Lightness:-12
9.Duplicate that layer, set to overlay,go to hue/saturation, and put in the settings
lightness:70
saturation:100
10.Almost done!Merge all the layers.Then duplicat twice. Set the first duplicate to screen 20 and the second to overlay 40.
11.I put this texture in a new layer and rotated it 90 degrees CW.I set it to screen and erased so that the three dots were left.
