So these things have been going for 3 weeks now. I'm presently experiencing one now. Suddenly my arms felt warm, and I'm sweating behind my neck. My clothes feel like body jail. Several years now I've been cold. Always wearing a hat, sometimes even to bed. This is no longer the case. I've lost over 30 pounds this year so I therefore should
