Anneke and I went up to Oak Glen today, Joyce and Silvia were here when we returned and they used 2 Kitchenaids with the new spiralizer attachment. Made 2 pies, apple sauce, apple butter and this new recipe Ginger Apple Butter. This is now added to the repertoire of things to make every year
