So on Tuesday was my monthly acupuncture treatment.  I am incredibly recovered compared where I started.  Twice this past week I wanted to actually get onto a horse.  Still trepidicious as the outter reaches of flexability have not been obtained, yet!  Yet means that I have expectations and will work towards those goals.  Today I squatted down with
