We got our electricity back.  I cleaned out the freezer and half of the refrigerator.  I need to finish still.  The is an awful lot to do before I will feel less displaced.  A combination of melted food and packing by candlelight and just sheer neglect.  I did get my palm back though and i got a hotel room in Boston for our family trip out there on

Power is a plus.

The worst fridge loss I ever encountered, I had five frozen loaves of unrisen bread dough in the freezer, and it was summer. The fridge died, the bread rose. For hours. There was so much sticky, gooey bread dough in the freezer it pushed the door open.
