On writing ... or lack thereof

For all my good intentions, I've haven't been able to write much since the year began. Too much work in RL with really long hours. By the time I come home is already late in the evening, and I lack the energy to sit down and write. And yet, I keep thinking that those are just excuses. I could spare 20 minutes to write something, even if it's not
