Why is it that in every language I've programmed in, the most aggravating thing to do in all cases, without fail, is reading and writing to a file. It is the most simple of tasks, and yet spawns the most frustration by far. Implementing a neural network didn't seem to be much more difficult than figuring out how to print numbers to a text file even
