I'm surprised that Vitamin C falls below the "worth it" line, while Vitamin D falls above it for two different purposes.

It would be awesome if you could click on a bubble and go to one of the best papers on the subject.

I was thinking the same... The date comes from the Cochrane website where you can search by topic... still might take some digging though.
