She's managed to get up into a snow-covered tree - hoping the furs she wears will offer some kind of cover in addition to their warmth - with a decent view of the central square. ...Really, she's not that well hidden. [Winry's taking a stroll because she was kicked out of the house. Apparently staying inside makes you stir crazy, but Winry just doesn't want to be outside. So she's got a coat too big for her on, and she cruises to where San is. And... is that... a girl in a tree? She walks closer to get a better look.]
