On Wednesday, Chas and I headed out with our realtor to see some houses. We had made an offer the previous Friday and hadn't been able to negotiate the $5K gap between our final offer and their final offer, so we walked away from it. Our realtor has been great about figuring out what we like, so she had scheduled appointments at three houses -
