I'm with you there! If it's not the never ending back pain, my knees are buggered, if not that I feel like I'm having a hernia, or can't breathe properly. Maybe going back to the gym might help?

Eh, it's just our lifestyles inside our enviroments. Our bodies do what they can with what they have and how they are conditioned. Lots of tiny parts lucky to live together at all, and every itty bitty stressor effects each tiny part. Thank whatever version of evolution you subscibe to that all your parts know how to work so well. These days we all get to enjoy purposefully and unnessessarily making out enviroment harder to live in, so we all get to enjoy working harder even to live lazily. It's fun right? I imagine you know it's much simpler to figure like "If I ain't dead yet, I ain't dead. Quit buggin' me." Who's going to investigate which combination of things are causing what pain? Doctors don't even like getting into much outside of their limited knowledge if they don't have to. It's too much trouble. So why not ignore the pain if you don't enjoy it in some way?
