False Love Dream Part 1
"And there's the magic? " The little slave girl hadn't reappeared in the witch's dream for sometime, but she didn't seem to like resting quietly. The nun smiled down at her in that small church, the colored lights shining on their bodies like the clothes nobles would wear in the streets.
"Yes child, he will never beat you again. Everyone will love you. " She said softly, dressing the anorexic girl with the ribs poking out of her gaunt skin, dressing her in soft red clothes. Her hair was unique, a rare shade of green and once she was fed those dull gold eyes might be even beautiful, if not eerie. Smiling, the nun took her by the hand, the girl's hands covered in welts, cuts, just like the ones all over her legs and her body but there was a hope in the lifeless eyes.
The nun led her to be fed, and the little girl stared with confusion at this food. "What am I supposed to..." The nun laughed. "Eat it of course." The slavegirl frowned. "B-But usually I do this after m-master feeds the rest to the dogs..." She faltered, blinking up at her with her innocent eyes. "But sometimes he throws some out for the pigs and the sheep and I get some...b-but that's only sometimes and it is kind of hard to fight them since they're so big.." She stammered, lowering her eyes.
"You can eat as much as you want.." The nun said, and the girl's eyes shone, taking a bite into some bread and as she ate, hot tears rolled thick and salty down her cheeks. A man walked by staring at her crossly. "You'd better pay for that little wench. " The slavegirl blinked up at him, a red sigil shining in one golden eye, as she faltered, "B-But I don't.." A red light covered the man's eyes as he suddenly smiled. "Oh what a cute little lass, nonesense eat as much as you want..let me go get you more.." He came back with plates and plates of food..she ate and ate and people flocked around her with the red sigil in her eye shining into theirs.
The little girl however was still wiping her eyes, the nun gently shaking her head. "Is this better than your usual food?" The girl smiled through them, small mouth trembling. "Sister I haven't eaten something like this before in my life..."
