So I changed my layout. Since it's got an underwater picture in the background, the dotted border looks like bubbles - hah! I really shouldn't have taken time to do that, since I meant to go on the computer to do some gov homework. As it is, I did neither gov nor the rest of my french homework. Eh, c'est la vie
