Work-Related Stress

Over the last couple of months, working at the MDEC has been driving me insane, more than usual I mean. There have actually been times when the prospect of coming into work has made me physically upset. i agree completely. ive actually been conciddering putting in my months notice after christmas. i think if its busy and they want to make sure we're in as much as we can, they shouldnt yell at us while we're sitting at our comps waiting for the clock to tick over, they should correct the fricken clocks, how hard can it be to correct the clocks? how are we sposed to know what the actual time is if all the clock are out of sync, some by several mins. and especially when the time lag seems to change hour on hour.

call me paranoid, but maybe all the stress is intentional. maybe the idea is to try and get ppl to quit. if u remember fenton said that theyre not taking ppl on on nights because they wanna reduce the numbers, and they were not gonna lay any1 off, but wait for ppl to quit. yeh, i know, sounds very paranoid, but with the circumstance 'engineering'ive witnessed first hand the last couple of months, i really wouldnt put it past them
