When did the Olympics become a bad TV variety show? I'm still holding out hope that the finale is throwing the Royal Family into the Olympic Torch.

I was very confused by the ode to having British children raised by doctors, nurses and nannies who give them nightmares. But, whatever. Very British.

Reminded me of the bad Orange Bowl halftime shows. Why do the producers of the Olympic shows feel it has to have some deeeeep meaning. Just needs to be entertaining and it wasn't.
