Thank you, Sweetie! I am trying to find a place in my heart for her. I'm hoping by working with us she will become more accepting of us as we are trying to be of her--but it's really really hard!

Many different personalities on a shift is a GREAT benefit. All those different viewpoints, learned-lessons, tendencies. The common goal moves all the personalities in the same direction.

This one is swimming in circles, poor thing.

Oh but last night? She worked with our two male nurses and couldn't be more charming! LOL Oh my goodness! I felt like I was in high school! :-)

I did speak with my supervisor about her behavior on Tuesday--because it was not a safe environment for our pts, but I did admit to her that she and I do have some personality issues. I wanted to be honest and let her know I did NOT think I was complaining because of her personality, but rather her behavior that was annoying me.

If she's acting that young, don't leave it up to her high school antics. Bump it up to where it can be looked at, pulled apart and resolved...it's a good plan.
