For all of you who do not know of John Calvin, he played a role- albeit a small role- in the Protestant Reformation. Instigated by a falling out of trust in the church and a selling of indulgences to reduce one's time in purgatory were only two of many reasons that the Protestant Church lost so many of its followers to the ideals of Martin Luther

My belief is that you won't get into heaven if you try to. If you're nice to someone just because you think it will secure your place with the Father, then you're missing the point. You have to do good because you feel it is what is right, not as security for the future of your soul.

You know we still have yet to hang out, like you said we were going to this summer..whats up w/that?! Well anyways I would never seriously go through w/my thoughts of suicide, no need to worry on that. Last night was just too much for me...lame excuse I know..but what else can I say.
