Hey, you should look into Terrace Ct. Apartments, where Jeremiah and David used to live. We only pay $395/month and that includes water. If you got a roommate it'd be really cheap.

Sam and I have a good idea where we're gonna go. It's $400-$450 depending on the floorplan, but is larger(and cheaper by $50-$100) than what we have now and better parking than Terrace Courts. Little bit of a drive though.
