i dont know how you people who dont have dogs can survive. i havent had a dog for like 5 seconds and i already feel empty. the thought that from now on when i come home i dont have something that will run up and be excited to see me anymore kills. why do pets have to get old?

I don't get how people live without dogs either. They are the best things ever. They're always so excited to see you and always so happy. I love dogs. I'm reaaally sorry about your dog, though. I know how it is. I hope you're feeling ok, though.

we had to put her down today because her hip pretty much deteriorated(sp?) overnight and she couldnt walk. i was like crying all day but im ok now. thanks. we need to hang out soon xoxo

Yeah my dog died in Febuary and it will never stop bothering me. I miss him so much. I'm not getting another dog until I move out on my own, because right now i'd feel horrible getting another one. I feel like my dog is watching over me and would get jealous of a new dog, because he used to do that whenever i'd pet other dogs.
Man, I sound insane.
I'm sorry. Dogs are the greatest thing ever. They should breed them so they at least live as long as us.

i totally agree. i feel bad if i get another dog...but i dont know if i can go without having one. i feel like my house is unsafe or something.
