a close friend of mine works as a camera/satellite truck operator for WJZ 13. the pay is okay, not the greatest though. and that's working full-time. really, you can't do much better than that news station. also, the first couple years on the job, things are really rough on you because you're the young guy, so you get screwed over when it comes to vacations and time-off and such. sometimes my friend absolutely loves his job, but sometimes he absolutely hates it too. good luck with whatever you decide to go after!
