Insomnia's back n kickin hard lately. Especially now. I tried to sleep around 3a or so, no dice. I have been lying in bed trying to fall asleep since then. This is becoming a nasty pattern. Tonight, I can kind of understand. Lindsay was having some back pain earlier, popped some IB and took a bath. I spoke with her last a bit after but not since. ( Read more... )

I suffer from constant insomnia. Working out tends to help but I haven't had much time for that recently. I've just consigned myself to getting only 4 hours of sleep a night,drinking lots of caffeine and then catching up sometime on the weekend.

If you find something that works I'd love to know about it.

i'll give a hint to find an restful sleep
you need to eat lots of vitamins like banana,apple but no citrus thats what my doc once sad to me
if eat good u can sleep well and u can add pizza and steak as well.
that works with me

good to hear from you friend!

I will give that a shot. I have been trying to eat heallthier but my schedule makes it hard, and you know here in the States it is hard to eat healthier when you are on the run a lot.

temazepam is a good sleeping pill that isn't too strong.

unless heavily intoxicated, eye tend to find it harder to get sleep when someone else is in there with me.
