that looks awesome, is it ok to use those swirly bulbs though?

each one of those bulbs puts out as much as a 100watt incandescent, but uses 1/5th the power, and let's out an even smaller fraction of heat. The spectrum of these lights is also very good for vegetative growth. So yeah, they're perfectly alright to use :)
