G-Dog, I have missed your updates! What exactly is your connection to these wolf and Inge characters (materializing out of nowhere like your grandma)? They seem pretty sweet! Thanks for the pic frenzy! Continue friend!!
it's a long story...forget_me_not46December 8 2006, 12:31:40 UTC
well it hards to explain exactly how i'm connected to these people. you see, my great-great-grandmother was one of many children and living in Switzerland. But there were so many children that (i think after the death of their mother) she was given to an orphanage. Somehow (no one knows the circumstances) she got pregnant at a very early age (16 or so) and had to leave. Back then it was very shameful, ya know? So on the boatride to America (again, no explaination as to why) she met a nice German man and they got married. They went through Elis Island and she had the baby (my great-grandmother) in New York. The couple stayed together and ended up having more children. So...i'm not German but my family is connected to Germany. Inge and Wolf are (somehow) related to the nice German man and so are considered "relatives" although technically they're not. They've kept contact with my grandma for over 20 years and they know a lot about each other's lives.
