Today is 11/11 and at 11:11am there was a big party today in the Altstadt (old town). It is the official begin of Faschings Zeit (Mardi Gras) and so lots of people come out and they all celebrate by dressing up, getting drunk and playing loud music. But I'm getting ahead of myself ( Read more... )

well, i can officially stay in the country now, so that's always a good thing. i finally got my student visa today. also my czech roommate is back (he went back home to give a concert) and he brought me some traditional(?) czech cookie/wafers. they're remarkably tasty. also, some embarassing pics of me and Sarah.
