how do you make pictures that size? mine are either obnoxiously big or tiny!

okay and i get my pictures from photobucket. and then i go to rich text and enter the picture url in the "picture cut" and it adds the picture in (usually really big) and then you click on the corners and you can drag it to make it bigger or smaller. sorry if thats confusing let me know if you need anymore help.
