I can't put the fire out. It's burning insatiably. I want water, but none satisfies.
Is there any filling of this emptiness? Is there any solstice for my soul? The heaviness comes and goes, but stings still just as much as day 1. Is there any hope? -

In and out, but never any reaction. The places that I longed for are now the ones I fear the most. Interrupted thoughts pull my mind from an aching thought to a sore smile and dodging eyes. She shifts her weight away from me as soon as she sees that we are alone in the room.
