whenever i think things are changing it turns out theyre the same as always and maybe worse because everyone else thinks i'm changing and ive got nothing to show for it

That's exactly what I was referring to. July 29th fucked up my life completely but I think I needed it because the life that it fucked up WAS fucked up because I fucked it up last year. Did that go together correctly? I think I said it right.
