Charles is an extremely powerful telepath. What, ask you, are his abilities?
from the app:Charles is a mutant, a human with what's later known in his timeline as the X Factor or X Gene, giving him extraordinary abilities. His mutation allows him telepathy, with the assumed secondary mutation of empathy

CHARACTER NAME: Riku Replica (Mera)
-EMPATHY: Feel free to; he's horrible at expressing them and most turn to anger or rage, anyway.
-TELEPATHY PROPER: He can hear/mentally say what he wants to. Mera's an open book as it is, but I'll specify in brackets what I'd rather Charles not hear, if that's okay.
-LANGUAGE: N/A. Even without the chip, he's the replica of a Keyblade wielder. They seem to be able to understand other languages in their own, and vice versa.
-HISTORY/MEMORIES: Go for it.
-NOTES: Mera has a very messed up set (or three) of memories thanks to canon. First being his own which is a mix of what happened back home, his origins, and the occurrences in the Facility. Second is the false memories imprinted in his heart and mind during the memory gambit. Third is the the real Riku's memories, or at least Sora's memories of him from Riku's perspective. This fandom is confusing as hell.
-QUESTIONS: None.

CHARACTER NAME: Accelerator.
-EMPATHY: Please do! He likes to hide his feelings so it should be hilarious.
-TELEPATHY PROPER: Go right ahead! Same as above.
-LANGUAGE: He's fluent in Russian and Japanese, so he's welcome to those but y'know, the brain chip.
-HISTORY/MEMORIES: Go right ahead. Most of them are terrible.
-NOTES: His brain has been both modified by scientists to give him powers/make him able to do physics equations instantaneously in his head and damaged from being shot in the forehead so do what you will with that. If he doesn't have a constant supply of electricity to his brain his ability to function is drastically reduced including making his thoughts fuzzy, but telepaths in his canon are still able to communcate with him like that(in fact, they're the only ones that can since he can't talk or comprehend language without his electricity) and if the need ever arises you can handle it however you want to. He's only been without electricity twice in game so far, but I'm putting it out there on the off ( ... )

CHARACTER NAME: Vriska Serket
-EMPATHY: Definitely.
-TELEPATHY PROPER: I'll certainly allow free reign, but I'm not sure how his power would work on alien brains. They seem to be of sufficiently different chemistry to affect Vriska's own mental powers on humans, so maybe it works the other way too? ...Then again, he's Charles Xavier, I'm pretty sure he wrote the book on mind bullets.
-LANGUAGE: English and Alternian, but she's gone so native that she's practically all English nowadays. Still, if he wants to freak her out with sudden Alternian or something, he's allowed.
-HISTORY/MEMORIES: She'd hate it if she found out which of course means full permission.
-NOTES: Like I said, Vriska's got mind powers of her own. Mostly on the control side, though her influence on humans seems to be limited to putting them to sleep. (Story's unclear specifically, but I've been going with brain chemistry differences.) She barely uses her powers anymore anyway, but it still might be something Charles could pick up on.

As for making her see things, it might actually traumatize her if he goes too overboard with it (long story, but if he goes memory probing I'll fill you in), so naturally I'm gonna give you full permission on that front, too.
I don't really know what else to say? I mean, it's really up to your discretion how you want to handle this, because I'm going to be cool with pretty much everything. The things you've come up with are good ideas and work for me (you know, expending extra effort to deal with the alien brain thing), but it's not up to me to make decisions for the entire cast.
I mean, I'm no Wonderboy or anything.

Yes, but... is good! Yes, but I can deal with. XD
My thoughts are, the just hearing thoughts thing he can do (it's sort of his specialty) but once he does start trying to delve deeper she can definitely flip it on him. I love the idea that it'd require a connection "she either has to accept or be forced into" because that delicious sentence snippet can lead to So Much CR... 83
But yeah! it all works for me. I'm not sure that he'd ever purposely try to get into her memories unless he got curious enough, and it's definitely something we can play with. The idea of someone fighting back might simultaneously blow his mind and make him all excited about talking to her XD The connection could mean either they fight telepathically OR they accidentally open each other's minds and can feel/see everything, which, I'm cool with either. XDD
