CHARACTER NAME: The Midnighter
-EMPATHY: Go for it, especially since Midnighter doesn't like admitting certain emotions exist.
-TELEPATHY PROPER: Go nuts.
-LANGUAGE: Midnighter's capable of speaking a bunch of languages, but English is his primary language.
-HISTORY/MEMORIES: Anything after he became the Midnighter is fair game.
-NOTES: Midnighter's got implants that allow him to run through a million different scenarios in a fraction of a second (or several fractions as his powers have been nerfed), so Charles might get a headache if he tries to read his mind when he's doing that. Here's his wiki.
-QUESTIONS: Could you possibly fill out Midnighter's Permissions Post too? Though because Charles is a telepath he could probably beat him.

CHARACTER NAME: Jet
-EMPATHY: Go for it! Jet prides himself on controlling his emotions to manipulate conversations into going where he wants them. While he has tried to be a more honest man and do less of that, he still feels pride at the talent- he'll be quite surprised/respect anyone who sees past him. I often use bracket text in my post to try and give the readers a sense of his true motives whenever I do pull off these moments, so Charles can certainly tap into that all he likes XD
-TELEPATHY PROPER: Feel free! Jet suffered the effects of a short term brainwashing in canon- had he been fully brainwashed it's likely he'd have become empty like the Joo Dee/mindless tour guides that only spoke of how wonderful Ba Sing Se was. Although he broke free of the spell shortly before his demise, Jet was brainwashed under hearing the repeated phrase: “There is no war in Ba Sing Se.” I expect it still vaguely floats around the back of his subconscious; so feel free to have Charles notice it in addition to his thoughts ( ... )

He's used to scary people wanting things out of him he doesn't want to give. :|a nbd. All of this sounds awesome!
(also I used to play Mohinder and watched all the way up to halfway through the fourth season, so I know a thing or two. XD)

CHARACTER NAME: Raz (full name Razputin Aquato)
Notes: Putting this first, because the rest will only apply after this detail. Raz is a psychic with a number of abilities, some amount of telepathy included, and he's also shown in canon to have extremely strong mental defenses against things like mind reading (this doesn't apply to speaking into his mind, that gets through fine). However, that doesn't mean he has said defenses reinforced all the time, plus there's the weakening effect. In short, Charles can read his mind, but it might be difficult and Raz may be able to tell if he's deliberately prying (more than just automatically picking up surface thoughts). If he shuts off his mind entirely, more likely than not I'll make it clear in the tag ( ... )
