It doesn't really surprise me at all that the resourses on Armenian culture is slim, not many people know about what happened (it's never taught in public education)and therefore not many people take interest in it. And comparitively speaking, there aren't many people of Armenian dissent in the states. In Ana Armenian? When did her family move here? Why?n Is knowing her what got you interested in the topic of Armenian culture and history?
