G and I are likely going to get a new weight machine and elliptical soon, but first we have to get rid  of the old ones.   Someone is coming to see the weight machine today, but the elliptical is a bigger issue, partly because it's heavy enough that we can't carry it down the stairs without risking our backs.    We also can't transport it easily.   ( Read more... )

*waves hello*

I don't seem to comment much on people's LJ's lately, despite being one of the few people left in the universe who reads regularly...but I'm reading. :)

I don't have any good ideas for your elliptical stuff. But if you are interested in a novice photographer, I'd be interested in coming to take tkd photos of you sometime!  I have a dslr and would find it interesting to practice. :-)

It would be a long drive for you, but I would love some sparring photos, which currently sparring is at 7:05 on Fridays. We can talk more if you are still interested in traveling that far.

I suppose we could stage some stuff, but I'm really not sure what would look good for me to do.

Where is your TKD studio? I think of your house as a reasonable distance from my house and my work, so unless the studio is another 20-30 minutes from there, I'm willing to come by!

It's in Salem, NH, so yes, it's another 20 minutes up 93.

OMG THAT ICON!

I think making the handpan website is a cool idea - put it out there and see if there's interest.

Yay, kayaking!

Why do you want to dig holes in your lawn?

And I must second the enthusiastic approval of your icon -- baffled kitties for the win.

The pavers made a low spot that fills with water in the driveway. I need to install a trench drain at the edge (and did the hole in the lawn, because that's easier than the driveway.
