Sinking again

Up for a few days and straight back down again. Gods above now I know how some of my friends feel. I just want to shut off and sleep. I dont want Uni or anything in the future. I cant focus on now, nows too important for whats coming and Im screwing even that up I just cant find the want or will to do what I need to

Believe it or not I went to work today. Funnily enough I feel so much better afterwards. Strange.

Believe it or not I have been thinking about them. Kira especially. Ive been telling myself "if he can keep himself together and run a whole division by himself I can do this." but then I think "he's so much stronger than I am"and I fall back again. So limited success there. But... it's helped a bit so thats something.
And it'd be nice to have someone else here to help.
