Daphne Millbrook: Though I've still managed 11 threads with her this month, I can't deny that she's taken a backseat to Kate. That said, she's met a couple of new people -- Vala and Joe Dick -- and seems to get along well with both of them. I need to tag her into Sasan's latest EP for maximum Sylar WTFage, but other than that, I have no set plot for her until around April. She's going to break her leg and get her item, for I am an evil, evil fiend.
Opposite Plot: No, but that is when she'll be breaking her leg.
Kate Bishop: Kate's had about 26 threads this month -- I say 'about' because I haven't listed all of them on her wiki yet and don't know for sure. Whereas I'm somewhat wary tagging Daphne into certain places, Kate has no such hesitation. If I see something even a little bit interesting I'm tempted to tag her into it. She's loud and she genuinely doesn't care what people think about her, which is incredibly refreshing to play, let me tell you. The only time she gets remotely embarrassed is around Nate, but that's essentially canon. 'Central park ninjas' she can deal with, potentially crushing on someone is a whole goddamn ordeal. She has some plot with the DCs at the moment -- Robin invited her to come train with them -- but she's not quite sure what to make of it yet.
Opposite Plot: OMFG YES. Taking a page from Stephanie Meyer, Kate is going to share more than a few personality traits with Twilight's Bella, sans vampire love interest. I'm so looking forward to writing her sparklefied narrative. :D NATE'S SMILE COULD BRING PEACE TO THE MIDDLE EAST, YOU GUYS.
The Future
Peter Parker: IS IT APRIL, YET? NO? A bunch of us are concocting one helluva debut for everyone's favourite web-slinger and I couldn't be more excited. As of right now, his exit point is the plane crash in the first arc of Bendis' New Avengers. This means he's from before House of M, the Civil War, the Other, the Secret Invasion and, most importantly, Brand New Day. He's got his mechanical web-shooters, his classic red and blue threads and Mary Jane Watson-Parker. That's right, I found a point in canon in which things were actually looking up for Peter et al...and so I stick him on an island. GOOD TIMES.
Opposite Plot: FUCK YEAH. He's getting the black suit and everything.
