We made a brief appearance at Shore Leave yesterday, but we're mostly staying in this weekend, too. Still resting up from the last two weekends...

I get summer burn out too. Too many places to go. It nice to just be home for a while.

How's this for weird? No bootlegs?

We only made one purchase in the dealer's room: weapons.

A sword for Q's father (he has one or more) and a dagger for Q (ditto).

I didn't like the idea of being the only one unarmed, so I've got one now, too. Just need to build a costume around it.

Got to wonder when your wife starts arming herself. You remember how to sleep with one eye open right?

Even weekends we've stayed home shit's been going on. Last weekend was the first in a long time where it was just mellow. I enjoyed it while it lasted. This weekend we have this thing to go to in NC, next weekend Steve's got job interviews on either side of the weekend.
