Hi! We're in Maryland.

Yep, Sitting in Bowie right now. We (David and I ) got here late late on Tuesday. Spent Wednesday driving around DC trying to find a parking spot near the bank and failing miserably and battling mild food poisoning brought on by Safeway's salad bar. After several days of pizza and burgers I thought we should have something healthy turned out to ( Read more... )

Maybe in a bit. Right now there's really nothing to do. We don't own the house yet, all of our stuff is sitting in a truck somewhere in NJ. D and I are just hanging out finally doing some normal playing and errands.

Wouldn't mind hanging out, I'll see if I can make it this Friday. If we get our house tho, I won't be able to make it.

Where's Q? We are writing in super secret code. :)

What time do you get home and stuff? Evenings are not the best time of day for D, he gets cranky, so no promises. We have just gotten him somewhere close to his schedule again after the upheaval. I messed that up by going out last night. S got stuck with one big cranky pants. D acted really strange yesterday when I was with him too, I wonder if he is getting sick or finally teething his 2 year molars. He did drool all over me this morning. I'm taking him to visit a day care/nursery school this afternoon, that basically guarantees him coming down with something or another.

Welcome back to Maryland, Hon!

I hope you and the family don't have too many problems settling in. I'm sure you're looking forward to being able to move your stuff in and get back to a normal schedule.

No doubt you already have a crew on yellow alert. But if you need an extra set of hands to move heavy furniture, feel free to give me a buzz.

That's really nice of you. Mostly we have movers for the big stuff, but who knows if we'll need something later.

"Yellow" alert has been called off. We are really doing some errands and waiting for the house to settle. Life will be a lot more hectic after that happens -- unpacking and such. I've never had to unpack before with a little one who loves to "help". Last time I was just enormously pregnant and tired.

Where do you live now? Hope life is treating you well.

Back in my old neighborhood. yeah I know...shocker. After the stepfather finally left for good and my sister took off to persue a great career oppurtunity in upstate NY; Mom was on her own. She needed some help financially, so... I bought her house. However I spend most of my time at the GF house in Timonium.

Awww, Mommy's little helper. The mental picture is very cute.

Life is pretty good now. I quit my job in DC back in October. But now I'm doing PC Support work for the Army. Learning a lot, but praying I'm not in over my head.
