Finally

We finally settled on our house. Irony abounds. We didn't want to settle back in January but the seller basically gave us everything we wanted but the date. Then the settlement gets delayed by some legal issue that happened from when he bought the property. We get delayed but not before packing up our entire house and packing a few days worth
